December 3, 2018, Johannesburg, South Africa (Press Release) – Springolph, the Christmas Springbok, is back bringing smiles to the faces of Springbok Casino players again this holiday season.  Every year Springolph help’s Santa deliver presents to South Africans.  This year he shares some hilarious Christmas stories with Springbok players.

In the weeks leading up to Christmas, Springolph will be baking cookies and preparing for holiday fun with his wife and daughter. He’s planning a Christmas to remember for his family and he’s got a special plan for a Happy New Year.

In his first story of the season, now on the casino’s website, Springolph tells about a disastrous sledging adventure with his wife Claire and daughter Hannah.  The girls took it easy but Springolph, who had apparently watched too much " Fast and Furious" was too fast and crashed into a tree.

A little bruised but still feeling festive, Springolph sets off to surprise his family with the brightest, shiniest Christmas tree ever. After putting enough lights on the tree to light half of Capetown, Springolph gets quite a shock when he plugs them in and causes a blackout throughout the neighbourhood.
